The Failed Blacklist contains all email addresses you have verified through Bulk Email Checker services that have failed verification. As well as manually added entries which can be imported one at a time or via csv file. In the future, when you verify an email address it will be filtered against this failed blacklisted to ensure your only paying to verify new never before seen email addresses.
